JOIN NOW – WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER

Unlike cookies, whiskey or wine you are not limited to “just one” when it comes to joining aviation organizations. The Recreational Aviation Foundation feels strongly that we are much stronger together and can accomplish more by teaming up.  We look to regional pilot organizations that care about aviation in their regions. We reach out to them to gain local knowledge and support for projects in their areas. As well, we are proud of our great relationship with AOPA and EAA and our participation in their events.

And what’s more fun than a type club?  There is value in connecting with others who fly your aircraft type. Maybe you joined SuperCub.org, the International 180-185 Club, or aeronca.org, just to name a few, to enjoy the camaraderie and helpful resources these clubs offer. SuperCub.org CEO Steve Johnson believes in the RAF mission so much that he joined our all-volunteer board of directors, and devotes a lot of time and energy. The RAF also thanks the International 180-185 Club for including the RAF in its activities, and for its continued financial support and confidence in our mission. The RAF has been fueled and guided by aviation organizations across the country that are hugely supportive of the RAF mission and aviation in general.

So if you are a member of the RAF, don’t stop here, join your local pilot’s group and type club. If you are not a member of AOPA, please join today.  If you are not a member of the RAF, please join today and get involved. Click here to join.

There is only so much time in the day and so much money in your wallet, so why not spend it with people with like interests and a passion for aviation?

We may all fly something different but if we work together, we are sure to enjoy a collective tailwind.
