2017 RAF Photo Card Contest

We’re doing it again,

Ryan Field Update (2MT1)

We’ve removed landing restrictions at Ryan Field, (2MT1) but we still prohibit campfires, due to continued dry conditions at this time. The pilot shelter sink is inoperable for winter, but water is available at the well-head, just southwest of the house.

Insurance on the courtesy car has been suspended and the vehicle is stored until next flying season.

Please obtain the Ryan Field Safety Briefing prior to using the field.

Thank you for helping us maintain and preserve this treasure.

Stop by the RAF Camp Scene at the next 2 AOPA Fly Ins

The RAF crew will be setting up camp at the next two AOPA Fly Ins!  We hope you will stop by and say “hi” or maybe even volunteer a couple of hours and join the team as we share our passion to preserve, maintain, and create airstrips for recreational access.

Check out these pictures from the crew in Oklahoma- looks like everyone had fun!  We signed up over 60 new RAF members.

The 2017 RAF Trail's End

In the interest of safety, RAF 2017 Trail organizers postponed two June RAF Trail events to avoid inclement weather. If you were disappointed Trigger Gap and McIntosh Reserve were cancelled, here is your chance to enjoy those RAF Trail stops!
