MT: RYAN FIELD WORK DAY

You are invited to join us for the Ryan Field work party scheduled for Saturday, May 4.

Ryan Field (2MT1) is a private airstrip owned by the RAF via the generous donation of Ben and Butchie Ryan. It is located one mile southeast of West Glacier, MT.

We will be preparing the airstrip for the annual Ryan Fly-In (June 28-30). Bring your work gloves, chain saws, etc. There is a lot of work to do to get ready for the summer! Tasks will include splitting/stocking firewood, tidying up the shelter, bear boxes, and outhouses, mowing, and other jobs. The RAF will provide lunch. Work weekend participants must also review a required safety briefing on the Airfield Guide website.
