CA: LONE PINE WORK PARTY

A work party is taking place September 13-14 at Lone Pine Airport (O26), Lone Pine, CA, to paint the exterior of the terminal building. The work party begins at 9 am both days and will go until at least 5 pm. Lunch will be provided, but feel free to bring treats or things to add to a sandwich bar, if you so choose. Wear long sleeves and pants that can get paint on them, and closed-toe, sturdy shoes. It’s hot – sunshirts and hats recommended. There are plenty of jobs to do as well as painting, and we always have a lot of fun as a group. More information can be found on the FLPA website:  friendsoflonepineairport.org.
