FILTER YOUR WAY TO GREAT AIRFIELDS

The Airfield Guide is a highly valuable resource for pilots, as it contains a wealth of information about airfields with recreational opportunities. It offers a variety of features and capabilities that make trip planning especially easy and effective. One highlight is the “Filter” feature on the Airfield Guide Map, which allows pilots to customize airfield lists by recreational activity and location (for example, hiking in Idaho) and even build routes from those lists. The “Filter” option is located at the top of the screen in the “Search / Map” tab, where users can narrow results by area (region or state), amenities, and runway surface type.
