CT: MOUNT TOBE WORK PARTY

Volunteers are needed for a work party scheduled on September 20-21st at Mount Tobe (N41) in Connecticut. We’ll be constructing a wood shed for the fire pit, cutting and splitting a large pile of firewood, doing general campground cleanup, and miscellaneous other tasks.
Please plan on wearing work clothing and gloves and bringing bug spray; if you are able, bring basic construction tools (hammer, screw gun, saws, chainsaws, and shovels).
Camping is optional the night prior and night of the event. The work party will start at 9:00am and run until about 2:00pm each day. The bulk of the work is planned for Saturday, with the remainder being finished up on Sunday if needed. We may finish early. A BBQ lunch and water will be provided.
