WV: CHEAT RIVER FLY-IN

Come enjoy beautiful West Virginia! Good food and lots of fun will be had at the Cheat River Fly-in, Saturday, October 12, 2024. Last October we lost Richard McSpadden to a tragic plane accident. Richard was a good friend and well known aviator who loved Cheat Island. We are planning a short tribute to Richard for all he has done for the aviation community. Come join us to celebrate his life. The Cheat River Island Airport (56WV) 122.9, is located approxinmately 1 mile SSE of Rowlesburg, West Virginia. Come camp for a few days, or just come for lunch on Saturday, but come!
