    Kevin, I lived in WV almost 40 years and know Bob Armstrong and flew with his dad Harold, to Oshkosh in 1994. In retirement, I’ve returned to Southern Illinois and am an RAF Ambassador here. Glad to see things are happening with the RAF in WV. Talk to Sam Brill at Capon Springs and Farms. They were clients of mine and have an airstrip by their resort just west of Great North Mountain. Although closed for decades it has great potential and Sam is favorably inclined and has lots of ideas.
