LEANING IN TOGETHER
With the 2024 political season in the rear view mirror, now is an important time to move forward. Whether you supported some winners, or were on the wrong side of the voting equation, now’s a good time to reach out to those that you may have disagreed with.
With change comes both concern and opportunity. As an RAF supporter, be that person to make people feel comfortable, yet at the same time don’t let opportunities slide past because of previous disagreements. There are plenty of great projects ahead of us, and we look forward to leaning in together to carry out the RAF mission.
At this time of year it is especially important to stop for a moment, look around, and say thank you to our key volunteers who are building on our privilege to fly. Thank those who are working very hard to preserve, maintain and build on those privileges.
The RAF is positioned just right for the future. We have always been an organization of common ground kind of people, and now is a time for us to stand tall on that foundational principle.
So thank you to all who donate so much to the mission of the RAF. We are this strong organization because of you. So, with that, let’s get out there and make some things happen.
– John McKenna, RAF Chairman
