WILL YOU HELP OUT?

If you’ve read this far, then you are likely not one of those who doesn’t know who we are or what we do. Maybe you already support the RAF mission or have helped out at a work party. You’re one of the many who strengthen our organization – who cares about the mission of the RAF.
The RAF works in a number of ways to reach our friends and those who have yet to know us, but nothing works better, and is more effective, than face to face conversations about being a part of the RAF. The RAF story is often told at an airfield after you hail one another as you tie down. It’s also told over a cup of coffee, lunch, or maybe a shared brew after work. What could be better than talking backcountry flying with someone who might not yet be initiated? I am betting you will both have a good time.
So, here is where you can help. Go find one of those people who fits the “I didn’t know about the RAF” category – yes, just one who has yet to hear the RAF story. Share your enthusiasm for helping preserve and improve these special places, and the respectful way we like to access them.
If you will do this, the RAF cannot help but be better, and I’ll know you took me up on my request when we see our numbers grow. We are all a part of this organization, and this is a simple and rewarding thing you can do. For fun, check out our new Volunteer video. You may see yourself, or someone you know enjoying their part in our mission.
Thank you.
