JOHNSON MOVES ON AFTER 5 YEARS AS RAF DIRECTOR

Many know Steve Johnson as founder of SuperCub.org, and publisher of the stunning SuperCub.org photo calendar. He and his wife Laura live in a suburb of Kansas City, MO. Steve attended the RAF’s Glacier Summit in 2012 in Kalispell, MT and he joined the board after that.

Having served for five years helping direct RAF priorities and action, Steve wishes to “self-limit” his term and is stepping down. “I am very excited about the direction the organization is headed. I will continue to be a champion of its goals,” he said, adding, “It has been a privilege and an honor to serve these last five years.”

“Steve and Laura have been a huge part of the organization, traveling all across the country promoting the RAF mission,” RAF Administrative Director Tricia McKenna said. “We know we will see them out enjoying recreational flying, just about anyplace from Alaska to Florida.”
