SlideDown tie downs are extremely simple to use. There is no need to tie knots when securing your airplane, and unlike ratchets that tend to jam, there are no mechanical parts. The SlideDown consists of 7/16″ Kernmantle braided rope with aircraft-grade powder coated aluminum slides and vinyl coated hooks. In the carrying bag, they weigh about 3.5 lbs.
