State Liaisons

State Liaisons are not agents, employees, servants, or joint partners with the RAF. State Liaisons have no authority to act in RAF’s name or act on behalf of RAF or bind RAF in any manner whatsoever. State Liaisons shall not hold themselves out as having authority to act in RAF’s name or act on behalf of RAF or bind RAF in any manner whatsoever. The RAF has no right to control how State Liaisons may act in support of the RAF’s mission.
