THANKSGIVING THOUGHTS FROM THE RAF

Happy Thanksgiving Week To You All.

Recently I was reading a blog that I follow, and true to form, I am a shameless plagiarizer. I give credit to Seth Godin for some of the words and the general thought. I tell Trish (the one who really runs this outfit) that when someone writes down concisely how I tend to feel that I get pleased as opposed to thinking “Well, I could have said that.”

A current day Thanksgiving should celebrate a couple of things.

One is the people in our lives who give us the support and love that we need to make a difference, and…

Second is the opportunity to build something bigger than ourselves, something we feel good about contributing to. The ability to make connections, to lend a hand, and being able to invent and create.

Our current world allows more of both now than ever before. For sure for me, likely for you, and for just about all of us.

The RAF is who we are because of you, and I say Thank you.

Doing what we like is FREEDOM
Liking what we do is HAPPINESS

We have freedom of choice, many freedoms to make many choices. We’re lucky, and we’re blessed. And, we also have to be vigilant and thankful.
