ALEX SAAD

Born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Florida, Alex was introduced to aviation at a young age through her family’s love for Lake Amphibian seaplanes. Spending the majority of her childhood on the water and outside instilled a deep love for adventure in her from the very beginning. Alex went on to attend college in Savannah, Georgia at The Savannah College of Art and Design where she graduated in 2018 with a B.F.A. in fashion marketing and management and minors in interior design and photography. After college she moved to Montana, setting her sights on a goal to build a photography portfolio in black and white landscape imagery and learn about mountain flying. She trained locally at a flight school in Bozeman to earn her private pilot license, making her a third generation pilot. Now she has been building time in the Super Cub and is also working towards her Instrument Rating with plans to earn her Commercial Pilot License as well. Alex has been volunteering her time by assisting the Bozeman-based RAF team with various graphic design projects. She loves being involved with the local general aviation community in Montana and beyond.
