THE RAF AT IDAHO EXPO- AERO MARK

Despite the storms, the Idaho Aviation Expo at Idaho Falls May 20-21 was very successful. The RAF booth stayed busy with lots of Civil Air Patrol youth flying the Red Bird SIM. RAF Michigan Liaison Brad Fredrick bought one aspiring young pilot a new RAF hat! Brad attended Expo to share the North Fox Island success story, and after his presentation there was lively discussion with new and long-time RAF members.

RAF volunteer Debra “Smoky” Folsom and her husband Jim from Florida joined RAF Idaho Liaison Mike Hart and RAF Environmental and Science Committee member Roger Blew, all volunteering their help.  As always, Tom, Heather, Bob and Jane Hoff created a great environment at Aero Mark for GA folks to gather and network. The huckleberry ice-cream was a crowd favorite as always.  Thank you to all our RAF members who stopped by the booth. It was great to catch up and share some new RAF projects with you.
